I think we're going to be just fine here...

We discovered a little slice of heaven near our new home.  A community of more than 40 farms that all love to U-pick!  We went strawberry picking today and let me tell you, the strawberries taste like candy!  We picked enough to make some delicious jam to fill these fresh strawberries and cream cupcakes.  Incredible.

I think we are going to be just fine here!

Fruity Fun

The cubs have been singing Strawberry Shortcake on repeat for a week.  "Fruit filled fun is the secret to her recipe" has been banging around in my head.  So here are my most favorite fruits in cupcake form!

My personal trainer's name is Bobby.  He mentioned that strawberry cake was his favorite, so of course I've that on the brain while working out.  'Bobby' has now become sort of a expletive around here.  Seeing as how these strawberry cheesecake cupcakes with a graham cracker crust on the bottom are so delicious, you may find yourself muttering 'Bobby' under your breath at the treadmill too.
